Wholesale Shipping Policy

How long does it take to ship my order? 

If your order contains items that are all currently in stock, it will be processed in our fulfillment center within 10 days of your invoice being paid. During busier times, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, shipping processing times may increase to 14 days for wholesale orders. 

Average transit times are between 3-7 business days from fulfillment.  

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link leading you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double-check your spam and promotions folders.

 

What if my order contains a pre-order item?

If your order contains items that are on pre-order once the invoice has been paid, the whole order will sit in our system until all items in your order are available and ready to ship. This date will be indicated on a sku by sku basis, with the furthest away date being your reference for shipping guidelines.

 

Can I receive free shipping with my order?

Free shipping is offered with an order of over $1000 CAD.
