Find your Fit: A Step-by-Step Size Guide

Find your Fit: A Step-by-Step Size Guide

So you’re ready to upgrade your undies… but with so many styles to choose from and no fitting rooms in sight, online underwear shopping can be intimidating.

We’re here to take the guesswork out of sizing—because comfort starts with the right fit.

What you’ll need:

A measuring tape. (Yes, it’s necessary!)

Don’t have one? Grab our Self Love Measuring Tape

Undies:

When it comes to your undies size, you’ll need one of two measurements.

For
high rise styles, go by your waist measurement—around the slimmest part of your torso.

For low + mid rise styles, go by your hip measurement—around the fullest part of your hips and bum.

The diagrams indicate where you should measure for accurate sizing—not necessarily where the waistband will fall on your body.

Then, check the Size Chart to find your size.

Note: You may not be the same size in all styles or the same size you are in other brands—and that’s okay!

Bras:

For your best bra size, you’ll need two easy measurements.

For your overbust, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
For your underband, measure around your ribcage, just under your bust.

We find that these measurements will give you the most accurate, comfiest fit—though we’ve included cup sizes in our
Size Chart for a backup reference.

These measurements will also help you find your size in our Tanks + Bodysuit

Fit Tips

Not sure which measurement to use for a particular style? Check the Fit Note highlighted in blue on each product page. It’ll also tell you whether to size up or down if your measurements fall between sizes
