Returns
We offer store credit on full-priced, unworn items in their original packaging within 20 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds. All marked-down items, not including bundle discounts, are final sale.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Starting a Return
You will need the following:
- The order number, it can be found in your confirmation email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
- The email address you placed the order with.
Huha cannot accept the return of worn and/or washed items. Please ensure all items are unopened, unworn and in their original packaging. Huha reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
Items purchased outside of our website, including those purchased at a retailer or local shop, are not eligible for return at hu-ha.com.
Return Instructions by Product Category
UNDIES
We recommend removing just one pair from its packaging first, with one wear and one wash to determine the correct fit before opening the others. The unopened and unworn items can then be returned for store credit. Our customer care team is available to support you in your next size or style consideration.

LONG BOXER, MID BOXER, BODYSUIT + BIKE SHORT
Please try on with your own underwear on underneath to determine if the style/size is correct. If you wish to return the item(s) for store credit within 20 days of delivery, please return it to us in the original packaging and condition you received it.
Bodysuit returns must include both gussets to be eligible for store credit.
BRALETTES, BRAS + TOPS
Please try on these styles once when they arrive to ensure the fit is correct. If you wish to return the item(s) for store credit within 20 days of delivery, please return it to us in the original packaging and condition you received it.
These items must be free of deodorant, lotion marks, or evidence of wear to be eligible for store credit.
MARK DOWNS
All marked-down items are final sale. Including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day Sales, Clearance section and will not be deemed returnable.

PLEASE NOTE
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the store credit issued to the customer
- Upon receipt of the return, we will process the items as soon as possible. US-based customers, please allow 7-10 business days upon the return delivery notice for items to arrive from our US warehouse to our studio in Vancouver.
- When the items have been returned, inspected, and processed, you will receive a credit note by email.
- The store credit you will receive is calculated as the total value of the returned goods minus the return shipping fee. In cases where a discount was applied to the original order, your store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount, minus the return label shipping fee.
- Store credit is issued in an equal-value exchanged currency from CAD to USD. Rest assured; it will be an equal-value gift card from our store.
- All sales are final after 20 days after delivery.
