If you’re not in love, we’ll make it right with a refund, store credit, or exchange—your choice. And you can keep the pair!
*Applies to a single full-priced pair of underwear on your first order from hu-ha.com. Excludes bras & apparel. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Not the right fit for you? We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on regular-priced items* within 30 days of delivery.
The Softwear Collection* is eligible to return for a full refund with free return shipping within 30 days of delivery.

To determine the best fit and reduce waste, we ask that you unpackage and test just one pair for the first wash and wear. Our Customer Care team is here to help with any size or style questions at hello@hu-ha.com.
Please note, we are unable to return or exchange the following items:
- Items purchased from 3rd party retailers or outside of hu-ha.com
- All marked-down items—including, but not limited to, items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, sitewide sales, or clearance items.
- Accessories (including Mineral Headband, Huha Wash Bag and Self-Love Measuring Tape) are final sale
- All sales are final 30 days after delivery date
