Brand and Partnerships Coordinator

 

About the Role

As a growing startup, we are looking for an individual who is confident taking initiative while also being an integral part of a team. You should be excited and passionate about public relations, social media, content creation, and partnerships. Creative and confident in your approach to your work while always keeping a long-term vision of the brand. The ideal candidate is also a creative, outgoing person with excellent communication skills, 

 

Job type 

Part-time contract position with the potential to lead to a full-time position for the right candidate. 

 

Where

In-house position based at our Vancouver Studio: 343 Railway Street, Vancouver, B.C.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plans and create content for Huha’s social media accounts, particularly Tik Tok; 
  • Identify social media trends and strategies;
  • Has extensive knowledge of Public Relations, including online and print media;
  • Experience partnering with other brands, blog writers, influencers, and content creators;
  • Interacting with our community across all social media platforms;
  • Creating blog posts as well as copy for captions and print;
  • Works with the Huha team to create in-person events centered around wellness and inclusion, and education; 
  • A go-getter who is passionate about improving processes.

 

Experience

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven ability and track record to grow a personal or brand content-based social media account, most importantly TikTok or Instagram;
  • A creative mind with the ability to bring projects from zero to one;
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines with ease;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; 
  • A self-starter mindset but also embraces a collaborative working environment; 
  • Video editing skills;
  • Comfortable in front of a camera;
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Efficient crisis management skills.

 

Nice to have, but not necessary

  • Copywriting, photography, and videography knowledge;
  • Experience with marketing platforms like, later;
  • Experience working within a small business; 
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.

Customer Care Coordinator
 

The Ideal Candidate

A compassionate, caring person who acknowledges Customer Care's integral role in a business. Who is a team player with an upbeat attitude and the ability to work independently, learn on the fly and deal with ambiguity.

 

Job Type

Part-time role; based in-house at our Vancouver studio: 343 Railway Street, Vancouver, B.C.

 

Responsibilities

  • Address all customer service tickets, chats, phone calls, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner;
  • Manage in-house returns and events;
  • Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish;
  • Product educator - the ability to communicate benefits, fabric properties, usage, and best care instructions;
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written in English;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Taking in-person measurements. 

 

Experience

  • One year of experience working in a similar role. 

 

Nice to have, but not necessary

  • Saturday availability;
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Okendo & Loop.
