You will need the following:  

  • The order number, it can be found in your confirmation email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam/ junk folder. 
  • The email address you placed the order with.  

 

RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept returns on select unworn, unopened*, non-sale item(s) within 20 days of delivery for store credit. As intimates standards go, we do not offer refunds. 

Due to health and hygiene regulations, Huha cannot accept the return of worn undies. For context, undies that have been tried on must be discarded and cannot be re-sold; this practice doesn’t align with our focus on low waste and sustainability. 

Currently, we are not able to accommodate exchanges. Given that we are a small business with limited inventory, we have implemented a policy of offering store credit for returns to better handle our inventory levels. We kindly ask customers to refer to the "Please Note" section below for additional information.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria below. 

 

UNDIES

We accept returns on unworn, unopened undies within 20 days of delivery for store credit. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns on any undies that have been removed from their packaging and unique folding. 

We recommend removing just one pair from its packaging first, with one wear and one wash to determine the correct fit before opening the others.


LONG BOXER, MID BOXER, BODYSUIT + BIKE SHORT*

We allow you to try on these styles once when they arrive to ensure the fit is correct, with a clean pair of underwear underneath. If you wish to return the piece(s) for store credit within 20 days of delivery, please return it to us in the original packaging and condition you received it.

Bodysuit returns must include both gussets to be liable for return. 


BRALETTES, BRAS + TOPS*

We allow you to try on these styles once when they arrive to ensure the fit is correct. If you wish to return the piece(s) for store credit within 20 days of delivery, please return it to us in the original packaging and condition you received it. Please watch out for deodorant stains; thanks!

 

MARK DOWNS

All marked-down items are final sale. Including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day Sales, Clearance section and will not be deemed returnable.

 

THE VAULT 

All items in the vault are final sale and will not be deemed as returnable.

PLEASE NOTE

  • The return shipping label fee is part of the return process, and it falls within the customer's responsibility to cover this expense.
  • Upon receipt of the return, we will process the items as soon as possible. US-based customers, please allow 7-10 business days upon the return delivery notice for items to arrive from our US warehouse to our studio in Vancouver.
    • When the items have been returned, inspected, and processed, you will receive a credit note by email.
    • The store credit you will receive is calculated as the total value of the returned goods minus the return shipping fee. In cases where a discount was applied to the original order, your store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount, minus the return label shipping fee.
    • Store credit is issued in an equal-value exchanged currency from CAD to USD. Rest assured; it will be an equal-value gift card from our store.
  • All sales are final 20 days after delivery.
