RETURN POLICY

We get it—undies are personal, and we want you to find the right fit for you.

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on regular-priced items* within 20 days of delivery.

*Marked down sale items (not including our regular bundle discounts) are final sale.

To determine the best fit (and reduce waste), we ask that you unpackage and test just one pair for the first wash and wear. Our Customer Care team is here to help with any size or style questions at hello@hu-ha.com. 

Please note, we are unable to return or exchange the following items:

  • Items purchased from 3rd party retailers or outside of hu-ha.com 
  • All marked-down items —including, but not limited to, items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Labor Day sales, or Clearance items
  • All sales are final 20 days after delivery date

 

MARK DOWNS

All marked-down items are final sale. Including but not limited to all items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day Sales, Clearance section and will not be deemed returnable.

 

STARTING A RETURN

You will need the following:  

  • The order number, it can be found in your confirmation email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 
  • The email address you placed the order with.  

1. Use our Contact Form and choose 'Return/Exchange Request' from the subject drop-down menu
2. List your Order Number, the items you'd like to exchange or return (style, color, and size)
3. Our Customer Care team will reach out within 3-4 business days to process your request
