As intimates standards go, we do not offer refunds.
But, of course we want to make sure you get the right fit!
We accept exchanges on unworn, unopened items within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any product that has been removed from its individual packaging.
We recommend removing just one item from its individual packaging first, with one wear and one wash to determine the correct fit before opening the others.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery.
In these strange times, the postal services across the world are constantly working hard to make sure you get your packages safely and on time! But unfortunately this doesn’t always happen.
Opt to protect your package from theft, loss and damage by purchasing the Route insurance at checkout for a small fee. Should anything go wrong, Route service providers will work with you to find or replace your lost, stolen, or damaged package directly. Orders of $200 CAD or more are covered with Route protection, on us!
If you choose not to purchase route and your package becomes lost, stolen or damaged. You will be responsible for subsequently filing a claim to the relevant postal services which is no fun.
How to do an exchange
Please fill out this form and return it to us with your items to be exchanged. (If you do not have a printer, you can write the details out on a scrap piece of paper).
Ship the items to be exchanged and the above form back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our studio in Vancouver, Canada. New items shipped out as an exchange will be shipped complimentary.
Your exchange will be processed within 4 business days of the package being delivered to us.
