We get it—undies are personal, and we want you to find the right fit for you.
We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on regular-priced items* within 20 days of delivery.
*Marked down sale items are final sale.
(This does not include our regular bundle discounts)
To determine the best fit and reduce waste, we ask that you unpackage and test just one pair for the first wash and wear. Our Customer Care team is here to help with any size or style questions at hello@hu-ha.com.
Please note, we are unable to return or exchange the following items:

All marked-down items—including, but not limited to, items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, sitewide sales, or clearance items.
