My package was shipped, but why hasn't the tracking updated?

There's often a delay between when the package is picked up from our warehouse and when the carrier's tracking information is updated—typically between 24-72 hours. Thanks so much for your patience!

If your tracking still hasn't updated after this period, please reach out to us at hello@hu-ha.com and we'll help investigate further.

What should I do if my order has not arrived or is delayed?

If you're experiencing a delay or your tracking indicates an issue with the delivery, please reach out to us at hello@hu-ha.com and we'll help investigate further.

If your order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors. If you are unable to locate the package, please reach out to us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue for you. 

I used the wrong shipping address for my order. Can I update it?

Please contact us immediately at hello@hu-ha.com to request an address change and include the correct shipping details in your message. We only have a short window to make adjustments before your order is processed. Thanks for your prompt action so we can do our best to get your order delivered to the right place!
